M.E.C.A. - Prologue

M.E.C.A. is the largest college project I took on.

It is a full, 32 page graphic novel with pages full of illustration. This issue serves as a prologue for a series that I plan to write and illustrate over time. This project was very demanding, and the work did not stop after the class was over. I felt as though what I had at the end of the semester was merely a rough draft, so I have kept working on it over the winter “break” and am quite pleased with the result of that perseverance. I feel as though artistically I have built upon this style for the better half of my college career, and with this book, my style is finally starting to take a concrete shape.
